At Nāhalelā‘au, we want you to be happy with your scrubs. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

• You may return items within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

• Customized or final sale items are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are accepted for different sizes or colors (if available).

• If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a store credit or refund.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• If you received a defective or incorrect product, Nāhalelā‘au will cover return shipping.
